Pest Shield Service is mainly tailored to suppliers of supermarkets, supermarkets and the food industry, though it can be adapted to any situation and there are many companies such as engineering and chemical who also opt for this service. Pest Shield is a very intensive form of pest control with some of the onus being on the customer to carry out recommendations which, may be made by the technician or field biologist. At the same time all bait points are dated at every routine visit, thus enabling any auditor to immediately see when the last visit occurred. All bait stations are marked on an overall plan of the site and each box is numbered with a corresponding number on the wall so that there is no confusion. All of this numbering matches up with the check-list in the report folder.

Reporting is also a lot more in-depth and complies with ISO 9002. This is important as suppliers to supermarkets etc are liable to audits of the site by representatives of those supermarkets. In the report folder is also a customer rectification archive; this contains advice on things such as Housekeeping , Stacking & Proofing which should be actioned by the customer for the customers' benefit.

Call-out and Follow-up procedures are also more intensive and time dependant, ensuring immediate response if any problems occur.

There are also inspections which are carried by a Field Biologist. Usually this occurs twice a year and acts as an audit for the work carried out on your site.

Clicking the mail button will bring up an e-mail dialogue, and of course all surveys are free...!
